Kolber has also worked with CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is from Pennsylvania who earned her master's degree at the University of Miami. She started her professional career as a video coordinator at CBS Sports in New York City. She earned a regional Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV located in Miami. She was also employed by WPLG-TV in Miami as well as WPEC-TV which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was chosen as anchor for ESPN2 in 1993 after the channel launched for the first time. The station was her home for ESPN2 for three years prior to leaving to join Fox Sports. Her return back to ESPN in 1999. She's currently the host of Monday Night Countdown.
